So I decided to shoot in the dark with this one! This skirt if for my sister Lacie. I used strips of fabric, an elastic band, thread, and a base yard and a half of tan fabric...oh and a sewing machine of course! I wish I could say I am using a serger as well...but hoping that will be my birthday present this year!...it would take a fourth of the time to do with a serger! Having said that... This project is NOT a quick one...but a fun and colorful one! Here is the skirt in the works!....more pics to come when it is finished!
