Frenzie fun skirt!
Don't forget to add the ruffle! I didn't have enough fabric, so I ended up putting two strips together forming and "L" shape...sewing a diagnol where they connect. (left top corner to right bottom corner), then cut the excess fabric leaving 5/8 inch.
