I love to repurpose things! I found this adult size dress at my local Good Will store.  I immediately clapped for joy inside when I saw this and the print on it!  I new my little girl would have to wear it somehow! I took one of her shirts and cut around it without the sleeves.  I then cut out a mirror of the top to sew together, turn inside out to eliminate the raw edges.  I took in each side about 2 inches.  Don't look too closely at the purse...lets just say I used the top portion of the dress to make the purse :)  With the straps already attached...it was a 10 second accessory to this French styled dress! I am hoping to find the perfect Marry Poppins hat to go with it!!!
