I went to my local Good Will store and found this frame, that had a beat up oil painting in it. Hopefully it wasn't something worth $100,00 like on Antique Road Show....but I spray painted it with a primer and then with white paint and was happy with the crackling that occured due to the cool temperature. I then dangled some old Christmas ornaments, along with a few heart ones that were given to me. And that's it! Prep Time: 10 min. Cost. $4.00
